The role
As a Privacy Senior Service Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the core processes and systems that support GSK’s privacy program (including Privacy records of processing and impact assessments, Data Breaches, Individual Rights Management, and Notice management). Managerial duties include oversight and day-to-day management of third-party suppliers who perform Privacy process work. You will drive collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and perform high quality core processes, defining requirements, providing insight and recommendations to consistently optimize all processes and related systems. You are an innovator who is capable of prioritizing and progressing privacy program projects with a keen eye for analytics.
Your responsibilities:
Support Privacy oversight across the business; oversee and collate information required to perform processes by strong teaming with key Privacy team members, BU/GSF Privacy Leaders and in-country Privacy Contacts, Data Incident & Breach team and others as required.
Business owner and operational support for the OneTrust Privacy platform. Partners with the Tech team to define system requirements, plan and implement system changes and improvements.
Accountable for monitoring performance of Privacy processes and quality assurance oversight, liaising with relevant stakeholders to determine best practices and guidelines, and carrying out root cause analysis on core Privacy process issues and non-compliance. Understands Privacy processes from the viewpoint of different end users and champions the value of activities being executed.
Responsible for oversight of work completed by third party vendor in delivery of privacy processes. Ensures service level agreements are always maintained and monitors issues, escalates when required across the entire privacy program. Provides guidance and expertise regularly and is accountable to provide timely updates, awareness & communications on guidance materials and tools that may impact the performance of privacy processes or related systems.
Maintain and oversee BAU dashboards; provide analyses and context for data provided for reporting purposes. Identifies and interprets trends to identify areas of watch out or potential process improvements.
Develop and maintain existing management monitoring dashboards and reports in PowerBI. Responsible for creating and updating guidance material, drafting and communicating changes to impacted users of the reports and leading end user training as required.
Report regularly to Privacy team on process development, optimization, and potential issues. Provide process expertise to governance or committees as needed. Become a trusted advisor to the business unit and lead with confidence on matters impacting privacy program and processes.

Why you?
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years experience in managing privacy program processes such as Data Subject Access Request (individual risk management), privacy impact assessments, data incidents and breaches, privacy notices and written standards
- 3 years practical experience as a business analyst role or project manager role utilizing hands on experience with showcasing deliverables through an analytical vehicle
- Demonstrated analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills and familiar with using PowerApps, Excel and other data tools
- 2 years in the role experience in managing application software, upgrades, and implementations such as OneTrust system
- Self-motivated; ability to anticipate issues, comfortable making quick decisions and owning decisions
- Proven success at enabling and driving change in a transformational environment
- Teaming skills to ensure alignment between SMEs & other functions
- Mindset of both enabling and protecting the business
- Driving clarity of objectives and clarity of roles in all interactions
- Collaborating towards shared outcomes, incl. teaming across organizational divides
