What are the responsibilities and job description for the Repeatable Growth Model Manager position at GSK?

This role is responsible for leading workstreams within a series of Market / Category engagements within the deployment of the Repeatable Growth Model in the Americas Region.
- Manage the RGM process across the following workstreams: Sources of Growth / Where to Play, Meaningful & Distinctive Brands, Category Driving Range & Innovation, Expert & Advocate Recommended and Out Execute: Visible & Accessible
- Be responsible for the drumbeat of the overall progress
- Together with the Repeatable Growth Model Director, provide hands on support, challenge the local market teams and help reach consensus
- Perform part of the bespoke analyses across the different work streams and levers of the RGM
- Drive solution design and assess financial upside of initiatives identified
- Together with the Regional CBIA Analytics lead, follow and prioritize offshored internal analytics work and other specialist inputs (e.g. EDGE).
- Build workshop supports, manage the plenary session together with the Repeatable Growth Model Director
- Ensure consistent deployment and compliance with the RGM approach, process and analyses
- Capture new learnings on approach/deployment in the region

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of commercial P&L, Marketing and/or Project Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s Degree -Marketing, Finance, International Business.
- MBA degree -Marketing, Finance, International Business.
- Prior experience in management or internal consulting.
- Experience in regional or global roles with management of a portfolio of brand or countries.
- Experience in influencing global functions, including GMS.
- Leadership capabilities to influence a group through managing change.
- Demonstrated record in achieving results through others and developing team capabilities.
- Leadership, analytical, data-driven with the ability to influence and drive results.
