The Supplier Management Office (SMO) is an evolving entity within WREF (Workplace, Real Estate & Facilities) that supports the supplier relationship and operational management of Facilities Management (FM) suppliers across regions. The four Enterprise FM suppliers (EFM) represents £170m per annum spend, 85 sites and 41 countries with building complexity ranging from lease offices to large R&D Campus.
The Contract Lifecycle Manager will pro-actively provide contract lifecycle & monitoring management, contract training and ‘Approved Supplier’ process management. They will ensure easy and intuitive access to management controls and performance management measures ensuring that all parties involved in the service delivery are able to manage supplier service performance.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
- Develop and deliver a Third-Party Management resource centre and a central contract & data repository for related aspects of Third-Party Management that enable WREF Operations to effectively manage our Third-Party partners. Look to optimise workflows and tools to reduce administrative burden.
- Working with Supplier Partners and the WREF Knowledge Centre, deliver a central Performance management hub for performance reporting. Ensure that information is accurate, timely and can be intuitively accessed by WREF Operations.
- Maintain and manage procedures and processes for contractual related changes. Including documenting, tracking & reporting of contract Change Requests. Support and deputise the chair of the WREF Change Request Board
- Manage, deliver and enhance the WREF global ‘Approved Supplier’ programme specifically ensuring that GSK Third-Party requirements are met, and all relevant suppliers are optimally assessed, approved, documented and monitored by WREF Operations.
- Develop and deliver a programme on Management Monitoring relating to contract compliance.
- Develop and manage an ongoing programme of SMO led training events
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Technical qualification in business administration
- 3 years’ relevant experience in a contracting or supplier management ideally within FM delivery or Procurement
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in administrating a complex process with many variables and an importance for accurate record keeping
- Experience of problem solving and implementing the changes required
- A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to understand the holistic significance and the curiosity to identify challenges and deliver solutions
- Can demonstrate attention to detail
- Strong Communication, Presentation and Facilitation skills
- Demonstratable ability to understand contractual language and translate in operational impacts
- Demonstratable knowledge / experience in supplier performance management
- Working knowledge of Power Apps and SharePoint design and application

Salary : $82,300 - $104,000
