Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Las Vegas
The Project Manager will manage and control all operational functions at the project level, including, pre-construction planning; job plan development; project budgets; material procurement; staffing and development of project leadership and project manpower; subcontractor management; tool and equipment rental expenses; other job expenses; change order management; schedule management; other contractual obligations; and, client relations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or comparable experience with an electrical contractor.
- All applicants must hold a Journeyman or Masters’ License or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years electrical project coordination experience/field leadership experience (or equivalent).
- Strong computer skills are required. Microsoft Office programs are used every day, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., with proficient typing skills, familiar with Accubid, or similar estimating software is a plus. The ability to learn software quickly is a MUST.
- Knowledge and utilization of the NEC.
- Understand and follow the Project Documents, for example Specifications.
- Be production oriented with an emphasis on quality.
- Ability to read and interpret prints as well understand a scope of work from a job walk or notes.
Salary : $74,300 - $94,100
