CRM Solution Architect with experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud GSPANN is looking for a senior salesforce solution architect.
Responsibilities for salesforce solution architect
- Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, platform architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture design, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education
- Can design application architecture solutions that span multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, Social, Communities) that meet business requirements
- Review and correct design and direction, approach and key artifacts to keep projects on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward
- Liaise with Product Management to represent customer trends for roadmap consideration
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions
- Designing, documenting, and developing world-class enterprise applications leveraging the full spectrum of technologies and design patterns
- Collaborating with the client to understand their business objectives and shepherding them through the intricacies of the Salesforce platform
- Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with business and technical team members and stakeholders, include across team and organizational boundaries
Qualifications for salesforce solution architect
- Certified in Salesforce Sales & Service cloud - mandatory; Marketing Cloud certification preferable
- Worked as a Salesforce Solution Lead on 2 or more large scale Salesforce implementations using multiple Cloud apps
- Must have strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Reporting and creating Dashboards
- 6 years Salesforce BA/Consultant/SA experience preferably in a consultative environment
- Extensive experience in implementation of various modules of CRM suite across various industry domains, Retail is preferable
- Experience with multiple implementations and roll-outs / cut-overs along with production support / Integration Testing
- Expertise in clarifying business requirements, performing gap analysis between goals and existing procedures/skill sets, and designing process and system improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Cross industry experience across geographies involving all the stages of Software Development Life Cycle including response to RFPs, requirement analysis, effort estimation, high level design, detailed design, solution definition, implementation, functional testing, SIT/UAT testing support, complex cutovers (technical/business go[1]live) and maintenance
- Strong analytical, problem solving and learning skills
- Experienced delivering solutions with a deep understanding of Loyalty domain is preferably
