OUR BACKGROUND
Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is a full-service commercial general contractor that has been active in the Colorado Front Range construction market since 1977 and just recently converted to a 100% employee-owned company through a new employee stock ownership plan, also referred to as an ESOP. As owners, GTC employees will be able to share in the company's financial and operation successes on a more personal level.
Our construction volume represents a good balance of negotiated (CM/GC) and hard bid projects. Our competitive standing in the hard bid market provides current market costs and trends and guarantees competitive budgets. We perform bid and negotiated projects with the same competitive spirit and all our projects employ a team approach that builds value for the client.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Times have changed over the years, but our philosophy has remained the same: maintain strong commitments to our clients' needs, the highest integrity in everything we do and to be professional at all times.
Our founding principle, "Do our very best and our clients will want GTC to build their next project" is evidenced by a long list of successful projects and satisfied clients. Focusing on that philosophy, we have developed long-term relationships with many clients who continually choose GTC as the general contractor for their projects.
OUR VALUES
At GTC, we have several values that we feel are important to your project and to any other project. Those values are what shape who we are and how we take pride in our work. Positive company culture is what we strive for from the following values:
- Customer Satisfaction
- Pride in Performance
- Quality of our work
- SAFETY!
- Professional Constructive Relationships
GTC's dedication to quality and service also extends to environmental responsibility. We have sustainable building experts to help our clients guide projects through LEED® certification and find budget-friendly ways to incorporate green features and materials in their projects. Our projects have included photovoltaic power, ground-source geothermal, mechanical and other high-efficiency systems. Read more about our Green Building Program on our website at gtc1.net.
