We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Information Entry Clerk to join our team. As an Information Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our company's database systems. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data in our company's database systems
  • Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entries
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across all systems and platforms
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any issues
  • Generate reports and summaries based on data input and analysis
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data
  • Assist with organizing, sorting, and filing of physical and digital documents


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus
