The Role*
Your primary role as a Contract Analyst will be to review, analyze and markup contract agreements with employees,
clients or other businesses. It would be required from the analyst to look over the contract and ensure agreements are in the company’s best interest. Contract analysts must be skilled in business management and contractual regulations

The Nitty Gritty*
As a Contract Analyst, you will:

  • Review company’s contracts before signing, analyzing all clauses, stipulations, obligations and liabilities to ensure they suit the company
  • Be familiar with city, state and national contract laws to verify that the company is in accordance with laws and to avoid legal complications
  • Look over contracts and finding ways to cut costs for the company - renegotiate pricing or terms with the other party
  • Draft documents and then bring it to the company’s management for review

What We're Looking for
To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business- or legal-related field of study
  • Master’s degree in law (bar admission will be considered advantage )
  • Knowledge of contract law and obligations; knowledge of case law related to contract formation, contractual remedies, disputes
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Extremely thorough and detail oriented
  • Excellent writing skills – to be able to write and rewrite contracts
  • Ability to express effectively and accurately in writing to avoid any confusion in the agreements
  • Previous experience in the IT industry will be considered an advantage
  • Great communication and drafting skills
  • Ability to adapt to new situations on a regular basis
