What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Lead position at GTRC Services, Inc.?
- Performs department operational tasks assigned by Supervisor, such as shipping, receiving, etc.
- Monitors and assists associates to ensure certain procedures are being followed.
- Guides daily work processes to ensure the efficient and effective completion of assignments.
- Trains associates on department tasks.
- Ensures reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Organizes the warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times.
- Ensures compliance to safety operational guidelines, including individual work area and department.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Pay Rate: $18.50
