JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our Food and Beverage team. Responsible for The bartender is responsible for mixing, serving drinks, and providing the food service needs for their guests. They are required to keep accurate records of inventory, breakage sheets and also stock supplies as needed. The bartender’s goal is to provide positive, professional, and courteous service in a fast-paced exciting environment. The Bartender works closely with the Bar Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service guests within one minute of their arrival, using suggestively selling and serve bar beverages responsibly, and within legal guidelines, presentation of accurate guest checks
- Respond to all bartender pages in order to pick up customers’ order in a timely fashion
- Perform all side work duties, to include opening, ongoing, and closing duties, perform special cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous bartending experience preferred. Must be knowledgeable of Michigan Liquor Control Commission Laws.
