What you will do:
- Work with Development and Product teams closely to scope, implement and validate improvements and issues in our software
- Help with monitoring daily performance and issues of the Market Data Service
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to write release notes and notes on market data changes
- Investigating customer issues related to valuation, accounting and market data
- Building relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting them and promoting a collaborative culture
Who we are looking for:
- A degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Business, Finance, Accounting, computer science or Economics, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Experience in financial markets focused work and a genuine interest in financial markets with an understanding of current trends and issues
- Strong MS office skills, especially when modelling using Excel
- A high level of mathematical ability
- A methodical and logical approach
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by the confidence to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
