In this role, you'll play a vital part in our production process, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Physical Material Handling : Unloading, storing, picking, labeling, packaging, and shipping materials.
- Assembly and Packaging : Assembling products, placing labels, operating equipment, and maintaining records.
- Inventory Management : Performing computer transactions, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation : Safely operating material handling equipment.
- Production Support : Supporting production operations and customer requirements.
Qualifications :
- Education : High School Diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred)
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in material handling or related field
- Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with computer transactions and scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
Physical Requirements :
- Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to noise and moving machinery
