As a Yard Jockey, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of loading units within our facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate yard trucks safely and efficiently, both forward and reverse.
- Connect and disconnect airlines to loading units.
- Stabilize loading units to prevent damage.
- Maintain radio communication with team members to coordinate loading unit movements.
- Conduct regular yard inventory and safety audits.
- Adhere to strict supply chain security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications :
- MVR required.
- Proven experience as a Yard Jockey or in a similar role.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
