Job Description
Position Summary:
The Screening Core is a dedicated organization inside of Guardant Health focused on the development and commercialization of the early cancer detection LUNAR portfolio. The Screening Core’s singular focus on bringing our early cancer detection products to market allows us to act with the speed and urgency needed to achieve our ambitious goals and serve the millions of individuals who can benefit from early cancer detection.
We are looking for an all-star Senior Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Screening Core in the planning and execution of sales meetings and events. If you like to plan, are extremely organized, and can easily navigate between projects, this role is for you!
Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and tasks, and to advance projects with minimal supervision
- Sales meeting event planning from beginning to end with minimal supervision
- The ability to be project manager to coordinate and manage multiple projects and tasks and to advance projects with an appropriate level of supervision
- Coordinate product speaker programs through venue sourcing/recommendations, contract negotiations, A/V support, attendee reporting requirements and HCP payments
- Support planning and flawless execution of sales meetings
- Organize and participate in meetings, video meetings, taking meeting notes and tracking action items.
Qualifications:
- Superior communication and organizational skills with an amazing attention to detail.
- Ability to work comfortably in an environment with little supervision and excel at being a self-starter.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and work across teams in a rapidly changing environment
- 5 - 8 years of coordination and meeting event planning and execution experience in the field or in a related area
- Excellent time and project management skills with ability to structure and prioritize work in a manner that best fits the team needs
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically in PowerPoint
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Extremely organized
- Diagnostic/Biopharma experience is a plus
- Some travel to meeting sites required
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
