Director of Facilities

Full-time or Part-time depending on experience

Reports to: Pastor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to serve as Director of Facilities whose values are aligned with those of Guardian Angels, is a servant-leader, passionate about bringing others to know and follow Jesus and to support them in living out the mission of the church.

Responsibilities include providing all levels of maintenance, janitorial, and repairs for the parish buildings and grounds, leadership, and direction to the maintenance volunteers and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Duties require operating machinery for outdoor landscape maintenance including mowing and snow shoveling/blading and must have a general knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial applications. Candidate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
