**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing to assist in the nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, demonstrated leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Director of Nursing to manage and supervise all nursing staff within the facility

- Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures

- Help ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care

- Oversee medical records management and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

- Provide training and guidance to nursing teams to deliver exceptional care

- Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall patient experience

**Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred

- Current RN license

- Some experience in nursing management preferred but not required.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and healthcare regulations

- Previous experience in skilled nursing home settings is a plus

- Proven ability to lead and mentor nursing staff effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
