Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will lead a team of nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Duties:
- Develop and implement nursing care policies and procedures
- Oversee the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Lead the development and implementation of care plans
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Manage shifts effectively to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Proven leadership skills in a healthcare setting
- Ability to review documentation for regulatory compliance
