 Qualifications, Education and Experience

• Commercial Class A driver’s license - CDL for Heavy Transport Positions
• 22 Years of Age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least five (5) years of heavy hauling / commercial driving experience
• Ability to drive and perform duties via interstate for towing, recovery, and/or transportation.
• Knowledge operating lowboy and landoll trailers
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools.

Essential Duties

• Ability to work with Dispatcher and customer and have a professional demeanor
• Ability to drive and perform duties via interstate for towing, recovery, and/or transport
• Ability to communicate and work closely with Dispatch
• Ability to perform vehicle inspection sheet daily, identifying any mechanical issues
• Ability to follow all safety requirements and DOT rules and regulations
• Report all mechanical issues with regard to trucks and trailers at the time of discovery.
• Ability to work with software and computer programs i.e. samsara, GPS, and towbook
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
Job requires lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing. significant physical strength and stamina. Ability to lift and pull at least 50 lbs. good hearing and vision required.
