As a group facilitator for our, you'll provide therapy in a group setting to our clients and be an important part of their wellness journey. You'll use evidence-based modalities and your clinical experience to help our clients manage their recovery, while being on a team with other caring professionals who share the same mission.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Active IN Clinical License or Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience and passion working with clients struggling with substance abuse or mental health disorders
• EMR/HER proficiency and strong clinical documentation skills
• Communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Conducting groups that support our program curriculum and services
• Documenting all necessary information in EMR/EHR platform
• Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure quality client care
• Performing other duties as necessary

Pay: $40,000 - $65,000 per year

Schedule: Full Time; 8am-5pm Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
