Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates training for live audience(s)
- Communicates with and maintains relationships with Subject Matter Experts
- Evaluates and maintains training materials
- Implements training programs that make the best use of available resources
- Updates training programs to ensure that they are current and transformational
- Oversees the creation of virtual and in person training and other educational materials for employees
- Maintains a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
- Meets with Manager(s) to determine resources for training
- Must work independently
- Plan, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping, for reports and training manuals
