Front Desk Concierge

Guardian Security Service is seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge for a property in Hackensack, NJ. The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in the Customer Service field. Candidate should also be an outgoing, high energy, driven, and professional person who has a sincere interest in problem solving, monitoring, and surveying assigned properties efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have 5 years of verifiable experience in the Concierge/Front Desk Field.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Need to have computer literacy skills to submit reports, maintain logs, produce signage, etc.
• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Neat and professional appearance. (THIS IS A MUST)
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with people.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple functions at the same time.
• Must display exceptional communication skills.
• Must display strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality standard.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Weekends only
