The Job:

• Phone-Based Position: Engage with clients over the phone, utilizing a simple 3-step process: consult, listen, and provide tailored solutions.
• Supportive Environment: Managers and team leaders are readily available to answer questions, provide support, and ensure your success.

What We're Looking For:

• Inside Sales Experience: While preferred, we welcome individuals with a drive to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong phone communication, coupled with effective listening skills.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, or personal finance is a plus, and tax resolution (not required but also a plus).
• Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, coachable and have the drive to excel.
  

Compensation:

• Commission Structure: Earn commissions ranging from 10-13% of all revenue, with top performers surpassing $15,000 monthly.
