Transactional Paralegal
We have an opening for an experienced transactional paralegal at our Tempe office.

Responsibilities:
Conduct research to support legal proceedings
Initiate and file various documents with ACC and Secretary of State
Manage multiple calendars and inform attorneys of upcoming deadlines
Proofread, draft, and review legal documents
Schedule appointments, send out engagement letters respond to client phone calls
Record, update, and store client information
Open to taking on new responsibilities and challenging task
Report to multiple attorneys
Qualifications:
Previous experience (3 year minimum) as a paralegal or legal assistant
Transactional experience is a must. Litigation experience is a plus
Familiarity with Arizona Corporation Commission and Secretary of State
STRONG proof-reading skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Must be a self-starter and possess a teachable attitude
General knowledge of time and billing and practice management software experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced knowledge with Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, strong attention to detail are a must.
Highly dependable and able to work well in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
