Mr. R is a man located in Norwich seeking supports on Mondays and Fridays from 10am-2pm. Responsibilities for the Norwich position includes but are not limited to support in attending medical appointments and bringing proper documentation, assistance in managing health concerns and doctor’s orders, help maintain benefits and entitlements, assistance with maintaining medical book and updated medical information, encouragement to report medical concerns to mentor, participation in day program, financial training (i.e. money skills, budgeting), meal planning, preparation and cooking skills and assistance with looking for volunteer options.
To apply, you must hold a valid, well standing driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years with no major violations in the last 10 years, motor vehicle insurance with a minimum liability limit of $100,000 Combined Single Limit or $100,000/$300,000 spilt limits, and a high school diploma or equivalent. We will train you for this position.
