Responsibilities
Ability to handle all aspects of scheduling for pre-employment processing visits, including operational interviews, off-site interviewing events, coordinating applicants schedule with security, psychological testing/interviews, testing, and polygrahs.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are required to be considered for this role:
- Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire
- An ACTIVE AND CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph (or FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH)
- HS Diploma
- Related Experience:
- Three years (3) years of experience in a professional environment
- Three (3) years in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. EXCEL, Word, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Three (3) years documented experience into Customer service principles (i.e. planning and scheduling, presentation and briefing techniques, problem solving strategies/methods, and record keeping)
- Web content management systems/databases
- Internal and external customer relations; issue/problem resolution; presenting and promoting ideas and initiatives; project management; teaming, and time management
The following skills/knowledge/experience are preferred for this role:
- SHRM membership
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer Service
- Tracking, Planning, Facilitation
- Prepare and maintain documents/files/folders
- Record and Maintain data records in Databases
- Prepare and maintain schedules
- Initiate, track and conduct follow-up for tasking
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with equipment and multimedia systems and technology support
- Operation, set-up, and use of instructional media technology and equipment systems
