What You Will Do:
The DoD Business Systems Lead helps clients optimize all elements of their finance organization, including operating model design, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, full-scale finance transformation, and data analytics.
IT system audit readiness
IT audit reviews
IT system control documentation
FISCAM and Risk Management Framework implementation and sustainment capabilities
Designing, developing, testing and deploying SAP solutions
Experience as a Project Manager, Cutover Lead, Solution Architect/Integration Lead, Deployment Lead, Functional/Technical Team Lead
Experience with financial management systems architecture and solution design, data conversion, cutover, change management, system security and audit controls
Experience supporting IT Development (technical documentation, requirements, design, testing, change management or deployment) or creating/maintaining databases or data and analytics experience
Specialized in the areas of accounting or financial management and business systems
Review all documentation prepared by more junior personnel
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
Bachelor's Degree
CISA or related IT professional certification
NINE (9) years' experience in providing IT audit, financial systems or business systems services within DoD or another Federal Government agency or department
