What You Will Do :
The Business Process Reengineering Product Team Support Lead will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to assist the US Army to modernize its business processes and prepare to implement a new enterprise-level IT system.
Specific duties will include:

Leverage strategic and operational expertise in BPR management and methodology to drive project planning and execution

Develop and oversee Enterprise BPR projects in support of the agency’s strategic initiatives
-
Provide BPR training, consultation, education and best practices to business owners and cross-functional teams
-
Assemble and manage cross-functional and matrixed teams to ensure shared understanding, informed decision-making, strategic process alignment, successful business transformation, and increased customer and stakeholder satisfaction
-
Compile, prepare, and deliver executive level presentations
-
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
What You Will Need :
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance
-
Bachelor’s Degree
-
10 years of relevant experience
-
Experience with the DoD and Army environment, especially Army functional areas and/or business mission areas
-
Experience with large-scale enterprise IT systems and deployments
-
Experience facilitating process improvement efforts
-
Demonstrated experience supporting business process design, improvement, or reengineering
-
Demonstrated experience with project management and oversight
-
Ability to proactively identify and address client needs, recommend solutions, and deliver quality results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
What Would Be Nice To Have :
-
Ability to identify best practices, change management and business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.

PMP, LSS, other process improvement methodologies, and/or Agile certifications
-
Federal capture and proposal leadership experience
The annual salary range for this position is $114,700.00-$200,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
