What You Will Do:
The Marketing and Sales Enablement Departments are looking to hire a joint PMO Sr. Associate to provide dedicated support to both the Sales Enablement leader and Chief Marketing Officer to support internal department operations of each and in collaboration across all segments and functional departments as needed. This role will be the single point of contact for department program needs of the CMO and Sales Enablement leader and provide management services that demonstrates the highest levels of quality, accountability, and teamwork.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain and manage the company store & print store in support of our values to reflect our employee culture and company agenda.
Guidehouse Print store and vendor management.
Event booth support and materials management with vendors.
Maintain and assist in the management of the leadership team's strategic vision for our companywide Guidehouse to Guidehouse series.
Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues in Marketing & Communications, Inclusivity & Diversity and Employee Experience to effectively plan and implement programming.
Maintain and manage intranet Marketing content updates.
Maintain and manage Marketing PCard purchases in accordance with current company policies.
Maintain Guidehouse Awards/Accolades & provide ad-hoc nomination assistance.
Effectively use the firm's core technology applications, as well as develop/demonstrate solid knowledge of firm wide and practice-specific tools, processes, and databases.
Daily email oversight for various corporate inboxes.
Works with Digital team to support maintenance of Bio updates on the corporate website.
Management of the corporate subscriptions and other enterprise partnerships such as the US Chamber of Commerce Partnership.
Maintain a list of all events, memberships & partnerships for the Marketing team across all segments.
Support Sales Enablement and Marketing department integration efforts on an as needed basis
Manage the Hub intranet content for Sales Enablement and Marketing Departments
Manage vendor relationship with Cision, the company's media relationship management tool.
Deliver support in a proactive manner and identify 'value add' opportunities.
Execute special projects as needed.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Collaborative, focused on solutions, able to see the big picture, and can execute to completion on a timely basis.
Proficient in managing multiple tasks with varied deadlines.
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and with a dynamic team.
Solid project management skills: ability to coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and alignment to our RIISE values.
Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word; knowledgeable in all aspects of Microsoft Office and ancillary program
What Would Be Nice To Have:
