This role will be managing a small team performing technology consulting services, with a focus on performing assessments of alternatives for different low-code platforms for a new solution to be developed within the Department of Homeland security domain. The role will be performing the analysis, leading a team of business analysts and platform (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) subject matter specialists, and interacting with a wide range of government stakeholders to define requirements and decision criteria. Successful candidates should have a background in performing and leading requirements teams and the ability to perform qualitative and quantitative assessments of low-code platforms for functional and technical fit, as well as perform lifecycle cost analysis of the different platforms.

The following skills/experience/knowledge are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust is contractually required
• Bachelors degree required
• 7 years experience in Project Management or Strategy Technology IT
• 2 years experience in leading technical and functional requirements for low-code solutions (ServiceNow, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics)
• 1 year experience in performing total lifecycle cost estimate for low-code solutions (ServiceNow, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics).

The following skills/experience/knowledge are PREFERRED to be considered for this role:

• Experience implementing low-code solutions within national security domain (Dept of Homeland Security, Dept of State, Department of Justice, or Intel Community)
