Director of Operations

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare organization. The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing and coordinating intake, scheduling, billing, collections, HR, employee relations, parent/guardian relations, and special projects. You will be in our Temecula office M-F for 8 hours/day to start. Remote working days may be an option after you have the job down pat. To start you will have the daily support of the former Director of Operations. Eventually, we will hire an administrative assistant to support you with "busywork" so that you can focus on the big picture and expanding the growth of the agency.

This is a bonus-based position that depends on total collections and net profit to determine total compensation. The base salary is $60,000 and 2 bonuses will be paid out after each quarter. The first is 0.5% of collections. That may not sound like a lot, but we did over $3.2 million in collections last year. The second bonus is 2% of net profits. So, the formula is $70k salary 0.5% Collections 2% of net profit = total compensation. Based on last year's numbers this would have resulted in over $91,000 total compensation. The owner is transparent about financial details and will sit with you and show you on the back-end how the bonuses are derived.

Guiding Behavior Outcomes is an ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) agency that provides behavioral services to children with Autism, ADD/ADHD, Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and other developmental disabilities. We work with about 100 clients and employ over 50 people. We are individually owned by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) with no investors, no debt, and we've been profitable for 8 straight years - including during Covid. We are very financially stable and have the means to spend money for growth and expansion.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
