Guild is hiring an Enterprise Applications Analyst to join the IT Operations team. This team member will support new and existing enterprise business applications, maintain application upgrades, administer Guild's SaaS tech catalog, and act as a liaison between IT and other business units across the organization.
As an Enterprise Applications Analyst, you will:

  • Identify innovative solutions for our internal customers and provide industry-leading recommendations.
  • Administer Guild's extensive SaaS tech catalog.
  • Help facilitate SaaS renewals and new SaaS requests through formal reviews.
  • Establish relationships with other business units, learn their workflow, and understand how they use their existing applications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical processes and system solutions.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, test and implement Enterprise Integration Project solutions
  • Stay on the cutting edge of software trends and proactively provide recommendations to make the business more secure, efficient, and successful.
  • Work closely with the IT Project Management team, Asset Management, IT Ops Engineers, and the Contracts Management team.
  • Highlight and communicate risks and downstream impacts.
  • Identify application duplication and make recommendations for consolidations.
  • Conduct POCs for new technology solutions.

We would love to see a background in:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of sophisticated system design, system analysis methods, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with cost modeling principles.
  • Experience collecting requirements, preparing workflow analyses and presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Automation scripting experience.
  • Proven knowledge of ITIL framework and meaningful experience using it to improve IT service management.
  • Experience leading enterprise SaaS applications (E.g., Zendesk, Zylo, NetSuite, Ironclad, Airtable).
  • Experience with various project execution methodologies, including, but not limited to Waterfall and Agile.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine solutions and recommendations that optimally address business needs along with how to train and guide users in this area.

Preferred Proficiencies

  • Ability to adjust your approach to best support the business. Each team and each request will be unique.
  • Willingness to dig into unfamiliar subject matter and become an expert.
  • Desire to automate and innovate and increase organizational efficiencies.
  • Experience with IT audit and compliance. (SOC 1 & 2 and/or SOX)
  • ITIL Foundation & ITIL Practitioner Certifications.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $80,000-$106,250, as well as company stock options.
