In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional repair and maintenance services to customer-owned instruments, as well as assisting in the upkeep of our store inventory. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch repair and maintenance services to customer-owned instruments
- Assist in the maintenance of store-owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
