```Duties```:
- Develop and implement music lesson plans for students of various ages and skill levels
- Teach music theory, technique, and performance skills
- Provide guidance and support to students in their musical development
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to coordinate performances and events
```Skills```:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and how they relate to music education
- Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus
- Experience working with students one-on-one or in small groups, such as tutoring or private lessons
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with children of all ages
- Effective behavior management strategies to create a positive classroom environment
- Basic cooking skills for incorporating food-related activities into music lessons
