Description


Responsibilities

  • Provide general departmental support including photocopying, scanning, faxing and daily e-filing
  • Answer telephone and greet Trust clients
  • Process outgoing and incoming mail, including postage and sorting
  • Prepare and obtain documentations for annual Trust and Investment Account reviews
  • Assist Administrators with preparing client and prospect marketing presentations
  • Assist Administrators with client’s inquiries about account activities
  • Create clients account e-files
  • Assist administrators with account opening and closing documentation
  • Assist administrators with money movement, including receipts, disbursements and wire transfers
  • Assist administrators with departmental correspondence and reports
  • Assist administrators with account federal and state tax filing
  • Assist administrator with VA and Cemetery annual accountings
  • Mail Trust statements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Requirements


Required Skills/Experience/Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Previous experience in bank Trust Department (preferred)


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
