Acquisitions Representative

We are currently seeking full-time real estate acquisitions specialists to join our team. Your goal will be to acquire real property at a negotiated price, build intimate relationships, and determine our margins in real time. Responsibilities

• Continuous prospecting of new leads and follow up on others
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information and to drive the business forward
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task
• Gain trust and rapport with property owners
• Must overcome objections

• Use market trends, comps, and other data to assess property value and condition
• Managing a variety of time sensitive tasks and activities
• Managing outbound and inbound calls at a high volume

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and drive
• MUST be a team player and willing to collaborate with others
• Fantastic communication skills are a must
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• Tech-savvy
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred, but not required
• 1 years of sales experience/customer service experience
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
• Ability to influence others in a positive way, helping to facilitate what is in many cases the biggest decision they have ever made
• People/relationships focused and the want to help others
• Strong commitment to results'
