WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- The Mental Health Tech will maintain an ongoing awareness of clients’ whereabouts and maintain wellness and accountability reports.
- Monitor and record all medications taken by clients.
- Must participate in mental health treatment as needed.
- Using a trauma informed approach will be a positive role model for the development of socialization and other skills for all residents.
- Observe and assist clients at meals and snack times, especially noting those with diet restrictions or considerations.
- Keep the supervisor informed of changes in appearance of behavior of the clients, needed supplies and any areas of concern.
- Schedule, supervise, and assist as necessary with activities of daily living, doctor appointments and outing/in-house activities.
- Record behavior and interactions of the clients with staff and peers.

Evening Shift:
- 3:45 pm - 12:15 am
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in a geriatric or mental health treatment setting preferred.
