 Demopolis Depot Coordinator

Reports to: Recon Manager

 

Position Objective

The Dothan Depot Coordinator is responsible for controlling all aspects of the Dothan, AL. depot through involvement with the warehouse managers, delivery managers, delivery drivers, relief drivers and the sales departments. This is a part-time Tuesday through Friday position. Work schedule to be 12 p.m. - 7 p.m. and may vary somewhat seasonally.

Responsibilities Includes 

  • Reconcile all daily delivery routes
  • Organize all product and equipment on returning trailers 
  • Keep facilities clean and organized
  • Perform all other duties asked and required from the Operations Management 

Qualifications:

  • Sales and/or operations experience preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage others effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office & Excel
