Job Responsibilities:
- Request Insurance Certificates from subcontractor’s to review for compliance with the Company’s insurance requirements.
- Create and update Vendor and Subcontractor Contact Log.
- Code and enter accounts payable data
- Process subcontractor contracts and change orders; requesting signed documents and scanning into job folders
- Process subcontractor payments; mail checks or process those requiring additional documentation for pickup
- Maintain Notice to Owner files and request lien releases each month as required by job
- File paid invoices, contracts and change orders
- Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
- Maintain vendor files; verifying proper insurance requirements are met
- Field telephone calls and relay message
- Provide front desk customer service; greet and direct visitors
- Assist in maintaining office supply inventory
- Assist in operation of office equipment; including preventative maintenance items and repairs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Experience in administrative processes is a plus.
- The ability to manage and embrace change. Respond and adapt to new processes and new ways of looking at old problems.
- Computer Literate- experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Buildertrend, Quickbooks and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
- Accurate with an attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,000.00 - $35,300.00 per year
