Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and system upgrades.
Assist in the design and rollout of new automation solutions, ensuring technical accuracy and integration.
Qualifications:
Experience with HVAC control systems in commercial environments, especially in data centers or healthcare facilities.
Expertise in managing and maintaining large-scale HVAC equipment, including chillers.
Consistent professional history demonstrating reliability.
Technical certification in a relevant field preferred.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication abilities for effective teamwork and client interactions.
Attention to detail and precision in handling technical documentation and schematics.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
