We are looking for a Rock Star Front Office Coordinator

Core Competencies:
Minimum of 1-2 years dental front office experience
CPR Certification
Prior knowledge of Dentrix Ascend software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training
Spanish speaking is a plus
Essential Functions:
Excellent phone answering/communication skills (You are the 1 st impression of our
team!)
Impeccable organization for record keeping
A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients
Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service
Mastery in insurance, billing, payments and scheduling
