Manage multiple commercial projects from the point of sale through the final billing. Represent our organization at the project site during product installation, follow-up service, and other construction challenges when warranted.
Requirements
Exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics at all times and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies.
Conduct an order review comparing a Sales Representative’s Take-Off to the projects architectural plans and specifications ensuring compliance. Review any discrepancies with the sales staff.
Prepare all required submittals for architectural review including detailed shop drawings, product data, and test reports. Work through architect’s remarks with contractor and Sales Representative. Make sure contractor’s purchase order agrees with all other information.
Field-measure projects when verification is required. Recognize potential site problems and identify solutions with on-site personnel and contractor.
Order all material required from Pella and outside vendors in a manner that maximizes job profitability.
Properly manage need dates to maximize inventory turns.
Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation to the customer’s expectations.
Identify solutions to unforeseen challenges that arise during the project cycle.
Manage service needs to complete project punch lists.
Complete any special billing documentation and ensure all projects are invoiced promptly.
Visit projects and meet with sub-contractors to identify installation requirements so an accurate estimate can be prepared for the installation quote.
Produce all close-out documentation required (service manuals, warranties, etc.).
