What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Gurume?
We are looking for organized, friendly and hardworking people for our front of house. Some of the things that you will be doing are making drink orders, taking orders, providing guests with menu explanations and recommendations, running food and drink orders, keeping up with the seasonal menu changes, closing out tables, cleaning, restocking, organizing, and overall providing a great experience to our guests. You will also be responsible for keeping all refrigeration, storage, and working areas in clean and safe working conditions with compliance to Health Department Regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high volume restaurant
- Working knowledge of Point of Sale systems (POS)
- Willing to take on challenges with a supportive team
- Ability to take constructive criticism and has the motivation to improve
- Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner with a sense of urgency
- Communicative and have service knowledge
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
