THE POSITION
The Human Resources Manager plans, manages and coordinates a wide range of human resources initiatives requiring a high level of confidentiality. This role’s primary responsibilities include management of employee benefits and their processes and serving as the super-user and content expert for the HRIS system (UKG Pro). The Human Resources Manager also serves as a key leader advising and coaching supervisors on organizational policies and employee relations issues and develops and supports employee performance management and appraisal processes. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and advises Senior Leaders as requested. This position is full-time, exempt and benefits-eligible. Compensation for this position is $62,872 - $76,870 annually plus benefits. The typical schedule for this role will vary based on the dynamic schedule of a theater but will primarily be Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
