Job Description
Position Summary :
Performs EEG studies. Inventory Respiratory Therapy equipment. Deliver medical gas tanks / change tank banks. Provides Radiology with assistance when down time occurs.
Education, License & Cert :
- High school graduate with the ability to work well with patients and accurately with numbers.
- One semester of college biology, chemistry, and advanced algebra preferred.
Experience :
One year of allied health experience preferred.
Essential Functions :
- Effectively recognizes equipment functionality status and appropriately troubleshoots equipment.
- Inventory of Respiratory Therapy Equipment
- Prep ventilators for use
- Restock respiratory stock rooms / areas
- Handwashing Audits
- Delivers medical gas tanks to hospital units.
- Inventories disposable equipment in Respiratory Therapy Department and ICU storeroom and replaces as needed.
- Disassembles, cleans and reassembles Respiratory Therapy equipment.
- Exchange disposable set ups as needed.
- O2 tanks and regulators (transporting, storage, changing regulators.
- Performs EEG studies - works well with Physician reading those studies.
- Be able to assist in the Radiology work flow when down time occurs.

- Participation in employee engagement activities is required.

The pay range for this position is $19.63 - $28.71
