We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Installation tech to oversee the installation of windows and exterior doors in residential properties.

As an Installation Tech, you will be responsible for coordinating installation crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to meeting project deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with scheduler for window and exterior door projects based on project requirements and timelines.

2. Conduct pre-installation site inspections to assess job site conditions and verify measurements for accuracy.

3. Oversee installation crews to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies and procedures.

4. Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and homeowners to address any issues or concerns related to installations.

5. Maintain accurate records of installation schedules, work orders, and project updates.

6. Review and complete punch lists sent from builders, ensuring all items are addressed promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.

7. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new products related to window and door installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
