A new role has been created within our Global Client Support Services function. As the Global Head of Fiduciary Operations, you will bring a strong background in Fiduciary operations, extensive knowledge and understanding of cash movement and matching, credit controls and performance measurement. You will also be responsible for the development of a new global operating model for Fiduciary Operations at Guy Carpenter. This is your opportunity to help design our future. You’ll influence key stakeholders and make decisions on how each region is currently operating and implement the optimal future state for a consistent best-in-class, fiduciary operation across the globe.

You will be responsible for leading a global team of multi-disciplinary professionals to deliver a new innovative, market-leading strategy for Fiduciary Operations. We will rely on you to:

Lead our Global Fiduciary teams managing cash movement and matching, managing credit controls and monitoring overall performance measures across 5 regions.

Lead the analysis of the current fiduciary operating model, encompassing the people, processes and technology used in operations.

Together with the Global Head of Client Support Services, design and implement a new model for fiduciary operations at Guy Carpenter.

Managing a strong, collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Processing all assigned transactional responsibilities within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and applicable controls.

Driving process efficiencies and improvements in the fiduciary workflows, resulting in further improved fiduciary metrics.

Demonstrating an awareness of external trends and best practice for Fiduciary Operations, making recommendations to deliver enhanced value.

Identifying process and control breakdowns and managing corrective actions through to successful resolution.

What you need to have:

A strong in background in Fiduciary operations, extensive knowledge and understanding of cash movement and matching, credit controls and performance measurement

Experience of leading or significantly influencing the development of a new operating model in fiduciary operations.

Experience leading and driving process transformation / improvement at scale.

Experience leading hybrid teams, across multiple geographies.

Ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders throughout all levels of the organization.

Strong leader with effective communication and influencing skills. Transformative in thinking and practical in execution.

Good understanding of operational excellence with the ability to coach colleagues to implement strategies and manage change.

Demonstrable knowledge of local market practices within Client Support Services.

Experience in a large, complex global organization.
