Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions to support business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, build, and maintain data models and dashboards using Tableau or other reporting tools
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create and automate reports using Python or other scripting languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to the SDLC
- Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting systems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics)
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks
- Experience with Visio for process mapping and documentation
- Agile certification or experience working in Agile environments
