What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interiors Project Coordinator position at GWS?
The Interiors Project Coordinators primary responsibility is to work with their assigned team to arrange and execute services, ensuring we meet account deliverables. The Project Coordinators will be responsible for developing an understanding of GWS department processes and procedures. The Project Coordinator must have the ability to prioritize various day-to-day job duties and make timely, accurate, sound business decisions.
- Utilize company core values of TEAM (Trust, Empowerment, Accountability and Mesh) as guiding principles for behaviors with both internal and external customers.
- Work diligently to become versed in all standard project coordination skills.
- Develop understanding of all internal systems used to deliver services.
- Assist other team members with tasks, tracking, and other project administrative functions.
- Quote simple scope projects by developing operational plans and understanding cost structures.
- Coordinate services and confirm pricing with our supplier network.
- Properly update all required fields in appropriate computer application in accordance with client standards.
- Maintain constant communication with client and consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Promptly communicate any potential problems, incidences, or occurrences effecting the daily operations to your immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 year(s) experience in a customer service or related position.
- Interiors, FF&E (Furniture, Fixture & Equipment) experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
- Customer service driven with the ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion.

Conditions:
- Full-time position. Generally Monday through Friday, first shift.
