Responsibilities for Client Support Specialist
- Establish and maintain good rapport with clients by using positive language and anticipating their needs upon arrival at masquerade (mas) camp
- Respond professionally to incoming client inquiries in person
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Accurately process client’s orders, confirming their identity and all items in their order is accurate and accounted for
- Explain simply and clearly in response to client questions and check for client understanding and acceptance
- Recommend new products or services
Qualifications for Client Support Specialist
- 2 years of previous customer service experience a plus
- Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the committee team
- Knowledge of the company’s goods and services
- Familiarity with use of an iPad and technology software programs
- Ability to explain the masquerade experience in a clear, simple manner to clients
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
- Willingness to cooperate with clients and the company’s management team to resolve any issues that may arise
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $1.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Miami, FL 33126: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
