Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight to the medical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

- Manage and supervise medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology, research, and best practices in order to provide guidance and support to the medical team.

Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine).
- Current unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health, acute care).
- Strong knowledge of medical records systems and electronic health records (EHR).
- Proven experience in project management and systems implementation.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- In-depth understanding of patient care standards and protocols.
- Solid knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
- Experience in critical care is preferred but not required.
